The chin lift exercise is a very effective way of losing double chin fat and toning your face. It stretches out your jaw, neck and throat. They are easy to do and you can do them while either sitting or standing. Begin by tilting your head upwards towards the sky and fixing your eyes upwards. Tighten your lips and hold it for 10 seconds.
